What is the Mamalogues?
Everyone has a story. We give you the platform to share it.
The Mamalogues isn’t just a show—it’s a movement. A raw, unapologetic, soul-shaking staged reading of original works, written and performed by women brave enough to tell the truth.Created in 2012 by Noelle Gunn Elliott in South Bend, Indiana, The Mamalogues was born out of a craving for real stories and real connection. After a sold-out debut, Noelle teamed up with Artistic Director Kate Coates, and together they’ve turned this grassroots idea into a powerhouse annual event that sells out every single year. Each season, 10–16 women take the stage to share personal stories of womanhood—unfiltered, uncensored, unforgettable. It’s laughter. It’s heartbreak. It’s sisterhood.
It’s a damn good night of truth-telling.
Now it’s your turn.
Got a story that needs to be heard? Something fierce, funny, heartbreaking, honest—or all of the above?
We want it.
If you’ve lived it, loved it, lost it, or learned from it, we want to hear from you.
No stage experience needed. Just your voice, your guts, and your story.
